How Listings Are Ordered

Directory pages order listings using the current directory configuration. The aim is to help people compare suitable businesses without presenting an unsupported “best” claim.

Current ordering signals

Listings may be ordered by a manually assigned featured flag and priority, then by available rating signals and business name. Relevance to the selected trade and location is controlled by the page being viewed.

Featured placement

Featured listings are labelled where the design supports that label. A featured position is a visibility treatment, not proof of quality, suitability, certification or a recommendation.

Compare the details yourself

Check the services, area covered, contact details and any available review information. For larger or non-urgent work, compare more than one suitable business and ask for written scope and pricing.
