The directory supports a featured listing flag that can give a business additional visibility. A featured position does not mean the business is vetted, approved, certified, recommended or the best option for a job.

Labelling

Featured or promoted placement should be labelled wherever it appears. The owner should confirm and publish any payment terms before selling enhanced visibility.

What placement does not change

Featured placement must not change a business’s submitted description, services, contact details, images or profile URL. Users should compare suitable listings and carry out their own checks.
