Our standards

Advice should be useful, readable and written in UK English. We avoid unsupported “best”, “number one”, guaranteed, vetted and certified claims. We do not invent businesses, reviews, credentials, statistics or local experience.

Updates and sources

Factual or regulated guidance should be checked against appropriate primary sources. Pages should show a genuine published or modified date. Directory listings remain business-submitted information and should be checked directly.

Corrections

Report an error through the corrections policy. Commercial placement does not buy an editorial endorsement.
