Glasgow Roofmasters

I'm Mick McTominay and Glasgow Roofmasters is my firm. We're a small outfit working out of 236 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow, G2 3HQ, and we've been at this for 25 years now.

Most of what we do is new roofs, restoring old ones and roof repairs, big or small. Natural slate, clay and concrete tiles, felt, EPDM, fibreglass. Our lads have worked with all of it. We do leadwork too, and if a leak or storm damage can't wait, we'll take on emergency roof repairs.

First thing, we come out and have a look. The inspection's free and you get a written quote after it. No pressure to accept. If you've got several roofs that need repairs, ask us about volume discounts.

For a rough idea, roof repairs start from £20 per m2 and emergency repairs from £500. Most emergency jobs come in at £500 to £700, things like leaks, broken slates or flashing. Every job gets its own quote though, so you'll know the price before we start.

All our work comes with a 5-year full warranty, and that's on top of the manufacturers' own warranties. We carry liability insurance. We work to Scottish Building Standards as well.

We cover Glasgow, Paisley, Bishopbriggs, Cambuslang, Clydebank, Cumbernauld, East Kilbride and Newton Mearns. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays. Give us a ring on 0141 266 0600.
